In particular Regulation 20 covers “sanitary conveniences” and Regulation 21 covers “washing facilities”.

“Washing facilities shall not be suitable unless they include towels or other suitable means of drying”
Air Freshening
“Any room containing a toilet should be well ventilated, so that offensive odours do not linger. Measures should also be taken to prevent odours entering other rooms”
Toilet Roll Holders
“toilet paper should be provided in a holder or dispenser”
